Sierra Leone Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR/eCBDS)

Welcome to DHIS2 IDSR Disease Surveillance and Response system for Sierra Leone, with for instance EBS data, case-based notifiable conditions data, and weekly aggregated notifiable conditions data. The user naming convention for SL databases is Name_Surname (possibly with a user group postfix). Users who provide an email address when registering can to make use of the 'recover password' functionality later. Please note that DHIS2 is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer - please use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
